Mahesh is a Senior Manager with the Compliance team at Dvara Holdings.
Mahesh has over 11 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial matters, M & A related legal due diligence and compliance, FEMA related investment compliance, drafting and review of investment agreements, consumer and civil litigations, liability insurance programmes.
Prior to Dvara, Mahesh worked with LifeCell International Private Limited in the role of Company Secretary. He also worked with Rattha Holding Company Private Limited and K.T.V Health Food Private Limited.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a bachelor’s in commerce degree from The American College, Madurai.
In his free time, Mahesh enjoys travelling and reading.
