Supriya is a communications professional with specialized skills in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. In a career span of fifteen years, she has worked as a consultant for several prestigious brands like Boston Consulting Group, PepsiCo, Max Life and Kotak Group, and thereafter was employed by HDFC Life and YES Bank. Her last assignment was with Network18 Media & Investments Ltd where she set-up and steered the communications function towards building a positive reputation for the company. Supriya holds a Masters in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, Pune.

This survey helped understand
(i) users’ experiences with using DPAs, and
(ii) the effect of demographic variables (Figure 1) and psychological variables (Figure 2) on users’ adoption and usage of DPAs.
