A graduate of Dr. Ambedkar Law University (1996), Gandhimadhy holds an LLM in Constitution and International Law from the University of Madras (1999). Her career includes over 17 years at ICICI Venture, where she led legal and ESG functions, and prior roles as General Counsel at LetsVenture and Turbostart. She is widely recognized for her strategic counsel on SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations, and for her ability to align legal strategy with business growth. Gandhimadhy has been instrumental in building robust ESG practices in the private equity and venture capital space, having led the legal and ESG verticals.
