I am thrilled to introduce Aishwarya Mahesh, the newest member of our legal team at Dvara Holdings. Joining us as the Senior Manager – Legal, Aishwarya brings over 7 years of experience in corporate law.
Many of you may already know Aishwarya from her consulting work with Dvara Holdings over the past four years. Now, we are excited to have her on board full-time.
Aishwarya’s background includes an independent practice focusing on private equity, corporate & regulatory matters, real estate, and banking & finance. She has provided strategic legal guidance to domestic and foreign clients across diverse sectors, advising on general corporate matters, equity and debt financing, and business transfers.
Outside of work, Aishwarya enjoys thrillers, photography, organizing, and learning new languages.
Her approach to legal practice is inspired by her first boss’s words: “The role of a corporate lawyer is to advise on and implement business solutions that are legally viable.”
