Roshni joins Dvara holdings as Head of Product. Roshni has over 14 years of experience in Product Management and Operations in Global Big Tech and Fin Tech companies like Grab, Uber, Google and Monzo.
Before joining us, she was the Product Director for Financial Crime and Fraud at Monzo Digital Bank in the UK. Prior to that, she spent over a decade in Singapore building for South East Asia markets. At Grab (South East Asia’s super app), she led Product verticals for Payments, Rewards and In-app commerce, leading to its growth from a few thousand users to 30 million in 4 years. Prior to Grab, she spent a year leading Uber’s global expansion into two new markets in SEA and ~5 years leading Google’s APAC Business Operations.
Roshni, completed her MBA from INSEAD, France and her undergraduation in Electronics & Communication engineering from RV College in Bangalore. She spends her free time oil painting and reading a vast range of fiction and non-fiction long-form content. Most recently she started her blog “From the Margins“, recording her experiences spending time with rural and urban financially vulnerable communities.
She’s passionate about bringing her deep fintech product experience, to enable large scale financial inclusion; hence resonating strongly with Dvara’s mission.
